This is the IC justification/location for downtime roleplay in Greenville. Far from being the only place one can or should go, this is merely presented as a place of civility for genteel conversations between gathers, for Camarilla Kindred or those wishing to contact such.

Name: 'Flapper's Delight'
What the Fiery Place is it? : A new Roaring Twenties-themed restaraunt/bar/dance hall, located out on Pelham Rd just off the exit (right by California Dreaming)
Built to look like an old New York brownstone complex re-purposed into a club, the Delight is a 20s-themed restaraunt built within the last year by the enigmatic new businessman George Luc de St. Germaine, self-proclaimed Marquis of Nulles-Part. The front of the building looks like a two-story brownstone apartment row, with three front doors, two of which are boarded up. The third has two ostentatiously dressed, very muscular bouncers, who make a show of asking if guests are 'da coppers' before letting them in. There is a cover charge of $10, which buys the 2 drink minimum inside.
Inside the club, guests see an old wooden bar to the left, polished to a mirror shine, each bottle of liquor standing in regimented ranks in front of a 30' long bar mirror. No plastic shot cups here- everything is served in real glass; shots, wine, highballs, everything. In the center of the room on the far side, a semicircular stage extends out into the tables, with the predominate entertainment offerings consisting of jazz, blues, and scantily clad dancing ladies. The food is good, the alcohol exceptional, the ladies beautiful and the costuming period-correct. Every surface is covered in period decoration, leaning towards restrained natural-wood with touches of Gilded Age gaudiness.
Located in three different places around the main hall are hidden entrances such as might be commonly found in an old Chicago speak-easy. One is at the back of the coat-check room, one in an out of order stall in the men's and women's bathroom (both of these funnel to the same hidden tunnel), and one is in a small, discreet private dining room beside the bar. All lead to the Kindred haven, an underground hall decorated in much the same way as the upper hall, but on a half-sized scale. Each tunnel leads to a single entrance, with a much more serious bouncer (ghouled, retainer 5) doing serious checks re: the supernatural status of each visitor. He explains the rules of the house- this is Elysium, no powers to be used except for Mask for Nos, no recording devices, no fighting, and George Luc is the keeper of this Elysium, which is open to all and sundry without regard for political alliance.
Little is known about George Luc de St. Germaine. Rumored to be a Ventrue or a Toreador, he professes no political alliance, but also denies none. He swears 'on his honor' that no recording or eavesdropping of any kind is allowed inside his club, and the police are quite richly paid off to ignore it. Within the last month, he has made efforts to communicate to each Kindred in Spartanburg, G'ville, and the Gio families in town that he has opened an Elysium for all, and welcomes company.
